This galloping ghost escaped from Medieval Times and trotted his hellish steed straight over to Spirits on Sproat, where we can't seem to get rid of him. Dead Ned likes to taunt the crowd with his terrifying monologues, but we wish he'd just go back to reciting Act 5, Scene 1 of Hamlet (look it up).
